October- June Sessions:
Please note that each workshop (Monday through Saturday) features a unique "Design Challenge" and theme. This means you can sign up your child for as many workshops as you like! Each session presents a different "Design Challenge" to ensure that participants remain engaged and do not get bored. We have five sessions scheduled from September to June, organized around holidays and school breaks. Additionally, we offer weekly workshops during the summer.
*Missed workshop may be made up at another class during the week or weekend (if space is available).

Snacks:
- To minimize food handling, please bring all snacks.
- Please bring a water bottle. We have a water dispenser to refill bottles as needed.
- We have individually sealed snacks available as a backup in case they get hungry.
- Handwashing often, especially after arrival and before and after snack.
- Staff will clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces at the end of the workshop.
- Staff will clean toys, tools, and materials used during the class at the end of the workshop.
- Staff will clean the bathroom at the end of the workshop.
- We disinfect at the end of each day.
- If you are not feeling well or get sick at K2E, we will notify you and ask you to pick them up within the hour.
- Please stay home if you are not feeling well the night before or during the morning.

Weather-Related Closing, Delay, Cancellation and Make-up Workshop:
- The K2 Enrichment Program will adhere to all closure, delay, and cancellation announcements from the Newton and Waltham Public Schools.
- Missed workshops can be made up within the same session.
- Workshops canceled by K2 Enrichment for reasons other than inclement weather (Staff illness, heat/AC, etc.) will be made up.
- The K2 Enrichment Program cannot offer refunds or credits for any missed workshops.
