October- June Sessions:

Please note that each workshop (Monday through Saturday) features a unique "Design Challenge" and theme. This means you can sign up your child for as many workshops as you like! Each session presents a different "Design Challenge" to ensure that participants remain engaged and do not get bored. We have five sessions scheduled from September to June, organized around holidays and school breaks. Additionally, we offer weekly workshops during the summer.

*Missed workshop may be made up at another class during the week or weekend (if space is available).
*If a session does not meet the minimum participant requirement, the session will be canceled.

Session Fee for October 2026-June 2027:

​~All materials are included in the session fee; there is no additional "materials" fee.

Snacks:
  • To minimize food handling, we are asking parents to bring all snacks.
  • Please bring a water bottle. We have a water dispenser to refill the bottle when needed.
  • We have individually sealed snacks available as a backup in case they get hungry.
Cleaning, Sanitizing, and Disinfecting:
  • Children will wash their hands often, after arrival, especially before and after snack.
  • Highly touched surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized at the end of the class.
  • Toys, tools, and materials used during the class will be cleaned at the end of the class.
  • The bathroom will be cleaned at the end of the class.
  • The center will be disinfected at the end of each day.
Not feeling well/sick:
  • If your child is not feeling well or gets sick at K2E, you will be notified and asked to pick them up within the hour.
  • Please keep your child home if he/she is not feeling well the night before or during the morning. 
  • Please notify us of any absence.

Weather Related Closing, Delay, Cancellation and Make-up Workshop:

  • K2 Enrichment follows all Newton and Waltham Public School  closings (weather-related cancellations and delays)
  • Missed Workshops can be made up within the SAME session. 
  • Any workshops canceled by K2 Enrichment NOT related to inclement weather (Staff illness, heat/AC, etc.) will be made up. 
  • K2 Enrichment Program can not provide refunds or credits for any missed workshops.
